Connecticut River Day Trip - September 2010

Join us for a full day of kayaking on the Connecticut River. Our trip will consist of scenic vistas, wildlife viewing, and fascinating geological landscapes.

As we navigate our way down river we'll look for wildlife along the way; with opportunities to see ducks, egrets, great blue herons, king fishers, ospreys and even a bald eagle. We'll pass through the spectacular French King Gorge, boasting its 250 foot high rocky ledges and paddle under the striking arch of the French King Bridge. Continuing through the narrows we'll see a host of wildflowers and ferns before reaching Barton Cove, the end of your journey.
