The quiet beauty of the Long Pond area rewards its paddlers with an opportunity to view brilliant reflections of fall foliage in its waterway.

Our day will begin with a quick introduction to the basics of flat water kayaking on Tully Lake, or until you're comfortable in your boat and ready to set off on a scenic adventure! Our journey begins at the mouth of a winding river in the deep woodland of a protected area where the colors can be startling with reds, oranges, and yellows. We'll scout for Great Blue Heron, beaver, otter, and even unusual swimming squirrel's. That's right! Swimming Squirrels...

Once we reach Long Pond, we'll moor our boats along the shore and take time to enjoy our lunch. Before heading back we'll take a short hike up to Spirit Falls located in a beautiful wooded area, crossing foot bridges and passing streams along the way.

Trip Includes:
All supporting equipment including: kayak, paddles, life jacket, instructor and guide.
